thanks for those sites, just finished reading the culture wars one...hitler genius? I'd have to think about that one. as for nietzsche...a genius, no doubt...I don't know much about his sex life...perhaps he got it from the horse - he might have been a little more 'kinky' than we think...a mean, it must have been pretty fucking lonely on top of that mountain...perhaps he was trying to create a master race: horserectus....'the super.....'after all, he did say ' man was a thing to be overcome...' can you get syphilis from horses? I think its time for another bong.....

By truthful and pure, I mean having that child-like simplicity which knows no duplicity and, at the same time, having an understanding so deep that no one can fathom its bottom.

That's something we can agree on, at least. And yet, truth is by far the highest comedy and produces the greatest laughter. Whereas lesser forms of comedy laugh at particular aspects of existence, truth laughs at existence itself. No wonder everyone shies away from it!I would rate 'wonder' higher than faith or belief, and higher than wonder -COMEDY....

As usual, you're going down the mundane route again, interpreting things in a very mediocre way.Q: 'truthful and pure'...does that mean no more drugs, booze,
poetry, rap, rock n' roll and women....? sounds like the 'glass bead game' to me...fuck that!
By truthful and pure, I mean having that child-like simplicity which knows no duplicity and, at the same time, having an understanding so deep that no one can fathom its bottom.
That's not a bad quote. It actually used to be a favourite of mine. It's a good warning against aligning yourself with mediocrity and group-think. On the other hand, it doesn't really stand up to much analysis. You can take the most extreme, individualistic path imaginable and you are still going to get admirers. It can't be helped.'...so long as you are praised think only that you are not yet on your own path but on that of another...' nietzsche
...which begs the question: just whose path was nietzsche on?

The mentality that craves "drugs, booze, poetry, rap, rock n' roll and women" is the very same mentality which produces the starving in Calcutta and human misery the world over.Q: 'truthful and pure'...does that mean no more drugs, booze,
poetry, rap, rock n' roll and women....?
Enjoy.
