Kenosha man falls into vat of chocolate
KENOSHA, Wis. Authorities say a man fell into a tank of chocolate early this morning at the Debelis Corporation.
Witnesses say it looked like the man was trapped in quicksand or cement.
The man was trapped waist deep for two hours. He says he went into the vat to unplug it.
Rescue crews and factory workers used butter fat to thin out the chocolate enough to pull the man from safety.
The man complained of his ankles being sore and went to the hospital for treatment.
Officials say the vat was a dark chocolate variety.
