If 'something' is only as strong as the weakest link. Would it not make more sense to eliminate it? 'It' will only make us as a whole weeker?

Why waste money for homeless shelters, mental institutions?

Sorry, I am in an insane mood today and I hate people with green eyes. We all have our prejudices. I don't want to talk about it.

"Weak links" will only affect things in the long term if they pass down their genes or their beliefs.

Anyway, being homeless or mentally ill is not necessarily a sign of "weakness."
