i am not a lesbian but i have always been attracted to androgynous men and they to me

but there are plenty of pretty boys

if he were not a musician he would not have gotten my attention

with his new cd of vocal arias transposed for violin

he is at my beck and call 24/7 as an accompanist

so it might might might happen that one day we would actually record together

he is also very interested in music delivered via the internet

now that works for me big time

usually vocalists are accompanied by either piano or full orchestra but i long ago thought that my particular tone quality would blend well with the violin

his style is also very balletic which i studied before music in fact it was the nyc ballet orchestra which got me started toward music

i emailed him that i thought he should record the ave maria by caccini

do you think that was too forward

Are you Korean, Sky?

I know a few Koreans and all the girls of breeding age seem to be attracted to androgynous males. (I work at a University hospital in the Pacific NW, USA.)

Should I divulge my drunken theory of our alien ancestry and our future past?

besides violinists i like geeks

i like people who know the things i would like to know

So basically you go for men with power and men that have knowledge that you want …. I see, and does this knowledge that you seek usually have something to do with 'get rich quick schemes'?

Don’t underestimate the male genepool within the hell angels Sky, there are quite a few hidden gems wedged between the deposited layers of black coal. Here is a picture of a couple eligible bachelors from the Hell’s angels that I thought would be perfect for you: And you dont have to thank me for my diligent work on your behalf.

usually overnight success is backed by years of study and hard work

it takes ten years to make a dancer or musician if the talent and other attributes are there

after studying for ten years at university including spring and summer semesters i think that any riches that might come my way could be considered well earned and i would consider being a better musician rich reward in itself

my biggest project came to me from an article that i read in the year 2000 though i was advised that it would not be feasible until there were enough people using fast computers and with sufficient broadband which was estimated to be in 2004 it was intel who gave me this information and they were spot on

the power i admire is the power to create and i do not come to relationship with such types empty handed since i have creative abilities of my own

as a venture capitalist at bear stearns once said to me over the phone

'i have been in this business for twenty years and i have seen more come from pure imagination than anything else'

'so you are telling me there is a market for imagination'

'yes without a doubt'

now that is what i consider a very useful piece of knowledge

information is the most valuable thing and surprisingly the people who have it will often gladly share it with someone who values it and asks for it

and you also purportedly admire knowledge or you would have no reason to be here

so how quick do you think QRS can get you to enlightenment

There is also a type of creation that has nothing to do with the making of art and this is the type of creation that I value; many times making art prevents one from finding the destructive type of creation that I value.

The imagination cannot find that state of pure creation; it is beyond the imagination.

I enjoy discussing the nature of god which has nothing to do with the accumulation of knowledge.

QRS cannot get anyone anywhere; enlightenment happens when you stop trying to get somewhere.

I’ll give you an example: if you are remembering something in your past: to simply observe something factually that has happened long ago is not a process of the imagination however it is the imagination that will exaggerate stories to make them more pleasurable and it is the imagination that fills in the gaps in one’s memory etc and so on.

The imagination distorts the truth from my experience. It is like a naughty little child.

The function of imagination in man’s past as it served entertainment/morality purposes; it kept people happy and entertained but it distorts ‘what is’ in the process.

I have an uncle that tells the most exaggerated stories at Christmas and no one believes him because the stories are always based on imagination, not fact.

The imagination tells the story the way we wish it would have occurred. Usually it is self-aggrandizing and much more entertaining than what actually happened. Usually the truth is much more disappointing to people.

That is another reason why good art is incredibly rare because most artists use the imagination to create whereas the best art arises when one simply observes something the way it is factually.

To my mind, great art is like training wheels for the enlightened man in that he gets to a point where he no longer needs art to derive meaning and purpose in his life. Certain Artists and musicians were important to me in the beginning because they helped me break away from the masses; and gave me strengh to criticise myself so they end up being a support group/friend for the lonely dissenting philosopher.

i see imagination in another way

like edison imagined electricity as functional and life changing

a lot of imagination had to go into this internet which we take so for granted

i once saw on tv the one page document that was intel's business proposal - it was typed - that threw me for a minute -why was it typed - because that was before word processing

the electricity

the computer with all its parts

the isps

the sites

the content

the networking

all working in relative harmony and reasonably affordable

i see creative imagination as being able to perceive what is possible before it comes up over the 'event horizon'

i was helping a schoolmate with her language skills as english was not her first language and one day she said 'i can use my imagination to attain my goals'

i asked her 'did someone tell you that or did you discover that yourself'

'myself'

'that is very good i told her - there are a lot of 'smart' people that don't know that'
