That is why I wondered if he had previously been banned under a different account, as this account does not show signs of being banned, yet he was able to produce that screen.

He has been banned. Usernames appear in black in all their posts if their account has been deleted rather than just their name banned. I usually go the delete route myself.

I don't actually know. I didn't do it and no-one tells me anything! :( Presumably for post-editing and being a dick.
