More important than that question is do you know what it is you want to know.

I think Wired should cool his heels and get some rest. He's babbling. We shouldn't have to be inflicted with it.

I'm guessing wired is, well, wired. On what, I don't know; it could just be caffeine. 86 might be his birth year, or it might be a statement about his state of mind, or both.

I was just working on something wonderful and the page screwed-up and wouldn't go back to normal, so I lost it all. Elizabeth Isabelle, I was actually deciphering that four line message thingy.
EI - I can understand the males prob. but I expected more from you.

Yes Dan I know, it's written in plain English, your just to thick to ask me a proper question.
It's a shame we don't have video, I'd like to take a look a you guys, talk "face-to-face", it would be a pleasant surprise...Well I don't know about your end though...
I took 400mgs of caffeine and haven't slept from 6pm yesterday...Don't you guys ever feel left behind, because human IMO sleep too much. I hate that fresh, rested feeling...living in the moment instead of lost in the world of thought. Granted, I may not think as rationally, but who has, who had a major breakthrough.
This info is unrevised and raw...You guys should try it.

Trouble is that you can't be properly coherent, so no-one is going to engage you in discussion. Get some sleep and come back. It's pointless you posting at the moment.

In a different thread,
wired86 wrote:What the heck is up with this place? ... I keep seeing people on this site, talk about how people don't think and such...Why the fnck do they know?
wired86, the site is titled "Genius Forums" but the administrators define a genius to be not someone who thought with the unparalleled creative yet structured power of people like Albert Einstein, but rather someone who thinks like them. I think that that says it all, really.
Except that it doesn't say it all, because a community of critical thinkers has developed here, and there is real insight and creativity to be found in this place. As well as friendship (but shhhh: no one's supposed to know about that - we're not supposed to value human relationships here).

A genius is someone who is able to think rationally in all areas of life, without exception, and consequently understands everything that can ever be known. Einstein fell well short of this criteria, as does Tiger Woods.

Yeah probably.Call me irrational but i could still go with this...
He who joyfully marches to music rank and file, has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would surely suffice. This disgrace to civilization should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be a part of so base an action. It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder."

Wired86, I am too much of a dark character to even give an honest/unprovocative answer in response to the topic. All I will do is give you a cryptic clue:
The Brightest Stars shine in the Darkest Skies. Work it out, you're smart. B.T.W. my new nickname on campus is Mrs Hitler, aside from the old one, namely 97% Girl. Why does the common populace always feel the need to brand everything? It's like a disease. PS: Both you and I need less coffee my man.

Yeah, Kevin was finishing up repairing the search option. I wasn't able to post my reply to Matt until this morning, but I was able to back arrow into what I typed, copy it and save it as a text document.

Precisely how much more did you expect? I'd figured out the cause of your mental condition in just your first few posts.

What a stupid question. You might as well ask a plumber what he knows that is different or superior to the average joe. Or an auto mechanic. Or a lawyer. Quite obviously, a plumber has a superior knowledge of plumbing, a mechanic a superior knowledge of automobiles, and a lawyer a superior knowledge of law.
Philosophers have a superior knowledge of philosophy -- which is to say, thinking about truth. We are better at all forms of logical thought, and know how to deal with abstractions without resorting to bullshit. We're inferior when it comes to fantasizing. Very few philosophers wish for impossible things, or pretend that things are other than what they are. It's quite difficult not to think truthfully when you know how.

Give your title for the thread and then questioning what people thought they knew it was reasonable to assume you wanted to know something from us. Furthermore, your...frenetic tone and spamming of the Worldly Matters forum would lead anyone to believe you need to settle down and figure out what your purpose here is.
It's a shame we don't have video, I'd like to take a look a you guys, talk "face-to-face", it would be a pleasant surprise...Well I don't know about your end though...
You can find their pictures easily enough, just tape them to the monitor and look at them while you type it will be almost the same as speaking to them...

I'd rather have 16 productive hours than 48 worthless hours. Also, I'd like to live to 50 so not only do I relish regular sleep (when I can get it) but I quit coffee altogether.
