What is the logic of argumentation?

To answer this question coming from a laymans mind, would say the logic of argumentation is to prove your argument, however, there is more! The logic of argumentation could be seen from another perspective also.

Both parties present an equally influential argument, so the logic of argumentation is not to conclude who's is better, but "it is better to debate a question without settling it, than to settle a question without debating it"

So another example of the logic of argumentation is to argue until an indisputable answer is found. Not dispute the other parties logic, but to focus on your own logic and argue that.

Still it seems I could find another answer to the logic of argumentation, like perhaps create a winning argument, like the power of persuasion where influence is used to create a win-win argument for both parties.

I think you are onto something. The goal of philosophy shouldn't be to win converts to our thinking. The goal of philosophy should be to achieve clarity of understanding for ourselves. Although this may often be the case it often occurs under the guise of two people arguing with each other.
