genius thinking

is this being over superstitious? each time someone uses the letter "i" in a sentence, I imagine that I am looking inside their soul/heart. This is probably just a bunch of fallacious thinking. Genius or weird?

Interesting piece of trivia: among published authors, there is a strong correlation between those who choose first person narration and those who eventually commit suicide.

And what is the presumed causal connection there?

In the article I read it, it was that depression causes a person to prefer the first-person perspective (something to do with introversion). Personally, I can't see any way to tell which was causing which, since all the author of the article had was a linguistic sampling of authors who had commited suicide, contrasted to those who did not. Almost as ambiguous as trying to decide whether Nietzsche went insane due to his philosophy, due to illness, or faked the whole thing.

Gen-"I"-"Us" ...better then a scientist who toils is one who shares. something about a sum, greater than, and the fact modern science is independent and seclusive, and rather lacking in progression. This brings me to the horror that is modern architecture, modern planing, and modern technology, worst of all, modern transportation. Were liable to burn up our planet just getting around it. Forget getting to the next one.

Tell me about it. The temperature for the past 5-6 days here is higher than it was ever before. 40+ degrees Celsius. It's two o clock and I drank 2 liters of water already without even going outside. I wonder how bad it's gonna be 10 years from now.

While I'm familiar with similar sentiments of horror I'd question if you as 'modern man' aren't more bound to the objects of horror than you realize. Doesn't it become a case of self-hatred? Aren't you cutting in your own modern being? Can you be anything else than modern in your culture, your thought, love, hate - yes, even in your very horror?

I realize this, hate creates pain in me, as much as the object of it. It's just frustrating to walk around and see so much wrong, and have so little power to correct. Either no one listens, they don't care, or they simply can't devote to a cause.

What would you correct if you had enough power? And how badly are you exactly desiring it, what would it be worth to you?

Some people might already be out there, correcting things but with a completely different view on what 'should be' making you feel some things are wrong. Perhaps some others might just decide it doesn't need that much correcting or just do not draw attention to what they attempt to change so you wouldn't know if they are there, etc, etc.

In Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.

It was never as hot as it is now. I'm beginning to believe that weather control devices are real. Dry, hot wind, no rain... but I just looked at the forecast and it says only 30 degrees for tomorrow.

Strangely enough, this is my last post. I wrote something earlier, that frankly bored everyone, so, I don't want to intervene anymore with anyone. Just...that I want to be a quantum physicist, and this is my announcement. Clearly, this will take some time, several years. So...wish me luck. Eversince, I found this sight i did it for a reason, to find my true calling. Now, that I am sure what I must become, i will leave with just a small note. Usually, when I am depressed I'll see aliens and shit! Sound korny? Anyways, farewell...!http://www.buddhismandquantumphysics

the reason I chose the topic "genius thinking" was because I wanted to see what areas of enlightenment people have reached. Thanx, by the way, I hope that I can influence people and not start a conflict that leads to nowhere.

Eversince, I was younger I realied on the stars for comfort, since my life started out so miserably. Nothing ever seems to be reality, just fate. Just the other day I was talking to my best friend who had just turned 26 and asked him, " do you feel enlightenment?" I only did it to open up his eyes to see what I see at my old age. Enlightenment comes and goes for some, for me it has been a desperate road to find true identity, under the circumstances of being alone and hungry for the reality of all things. Things got so deep for me that at one point I was crying over a jimi hendrix " live at wood stock"
Now, people know music like they know the clothes in their drawers. What I am speaking of is this musical touch by the eyes of the artist. How many people can feel what jimi was feeling during that acid trip in the sixties?
Let alone, I've delt with the dead. Deep, deep thinking. This is open for conversation. I want to be free in every aspect of life, so, in order to do so, I need the input of others.

P.S thanks everyone for opening my eyes

I've always laughed when I imagined this, it's hilarious. I don't think he would waste his life though, I theorize he would have written much more if he lived longer. There's a very good chance he had a brain tumour, he was unable to speak or read properly and his father had it.
