Before we tackle that problem, let me clarify what I wanted to say - my breathing does not prove that I am here "right now," as you argued.
Now for the issue at hand - when am I breathing? My breathing is an illusion, so it does not matter to me when. It can't be said that I am not breathing, but neither can it be said that I am.
I never argued that breathing proves you are here "right now". Bring up a quote of mine where I said that. You won't be able to.
What I essentially stated is that breathing is the closest and surest way to experience the moment NOW. This is well-known among advanced meditation practitioners. I didn't make this up.
As for the rest of your post, the very concept that any apparently solid thing in this world is actually solid IS AN ILLUSION. Apparently solid matter is actually made up of nothing solid whatsoever. Before the invention of powerful enough microscopes such a statement would be seen as insane. Now, it is commonly known in quantum science. So, every aspect of apparently solid reality is an illusion, yes, that includes your breathing. However, stating this doesn't say anything.
I can easily sense that your mind is NOWHERE NEAR disciplined enough to stop your internal dialogue at will. Thus all you have are theories and wild assumptions that you cannot prove, yet you are certain you know what you are talking about.
You're a funny clown, you are!
I used to get angry at people like you. Now I tend to laugh. Silly humans. You have all these words that you feel can explain everything. In actuality, underneath all your fancy talk, you barely have a clue. Funny
