So what have we learned kids?

Post by average »

1. We have no logical reason to use logic as a tool to get to truth
2. Logic has no logical basis, its axioms are taken via faith
3. logic seems to work, sometimes, at best it can tell us what we already know --
hot girls are hot.
A=A
Thanks Logic, now fuck off.

Causality can never be established, empirically or logically (no surprise there)
So, you can believe in it if you really want to, but its pure faith.

Nietzsche was at best a poet who used many interesting metaphors, like Superman, and God is dead...etc

There really is no such thing as philosophy, since the school of thought is so unsystemized, unproductive and arbitrary. You have some guys talking about logic, while others are talking about what is justice, wisdom, and virtue - and others talking about what it is like to be a bat...oh yes, don't forget none of them ever reach any particular conclusions...in the end they only know as much as they did before they began questioning. No surprise there.

The final thing is Enlightenment, I'm not going to burn it down, because I like lies even if I don't believe them. Just like I don't believe in Thor, although I find him cool.

Logic, Enlightenment, Wisdom, Philosophy are actually one thing, and that thing is called Femininity. Its a sort of Mental Love, Mental Masturbation, it is a disease, it is most common among bored and lazy civilized people, usually homosexual, living under artificial conditions thinking about nothing in particular, it often leads to suicide; masculine nations breathing pure air and eating simple food enjoy immunity from its ravages.

Logic made civilization and luxuries you use possible.

Philosophy is the originator of all sciences that made technology you are using possible.

Philosophy and science weakened the influence of religious dogma that's making mockery of humanity.

Thinking is man's defining characteristic.

You are exploiting decency of mods on this forum. You should've been banned when you called someone a kid.

I easily destroyed your weak positions in your threads.

Boyan, the mods would rather have him come back in a few months when he's grown up (maybe with a new alias) than ban him and have him forever be turned off to thinking.

I find it interesting how similar average is to the way hades was behaving during his last visit. I don't necessarily think they are the same person, but it's interesting how a lazy contradictory impishness in one's mannerisms is almost always a character trait in these wanna-be-allogical types. It's hard to tell them apart.

He seems to have decided to tak a self-imposed sabbatical. Just as well as my tolerance level had just about peaked. But then, the last time I banned someone the board went to shit, so I won't be going anywhere near the admin panel anytime soon.

He sounds like a dissatisfied Western-raised-Muslim, who has been experimenting with alternatives, but has not found them satisfying either. This post had the tone of "I want to go back to the past", where men were men and goats abounded.

Of course, it is probably just his ego's rejection with what one learns here in the first few months. Truth (or near truth in the case of the dominant theme of this site) hurts. Most newcomers act like him, I know I did, and still do to some extent.

Ahhhhh, goats - those were the days! Days when men were men and goats were concubines!
