You are not superior because you know more than Joe Blow, it just means what you know differs from what Joe Blow knows. It could mean smarter than Joe Blow but not superior.
Humanity is not superior to humanity otherwise humanity wouldn't be humanity but alien to each other instead. Humanity doesn't know if Aliens are superior or not, they can only surmise. Humans may or may not be superior to aliens.

Humanity cannot be superior to humanity. Nothing can be superior to itself, or inferior, or smarter, or taller, or anything else.
But if you mean no member of humanity is superior to any other member, that is patently nonsense. Practically everybody is superior to someone else in some way. And smarter and dumber and taller and shorter and fatter and skinnier and so on.
Aliens? Since you are comparing "aliens" to humans, I assume you do not mean Mexicans or Turks, since Mexicans and Turks are humans, at least most of them are by any standard. I take it you mean aliens from outer space. If they were still in outer space - like on another planet - then they would not be aliens because they are not here. You can only be an alien if you are in a place from which you did not originate.
By this reasoning, an alien must be a being who has come from a place that is not the earth and has then traveled to the earth. Since humans cannot at present accomplish such space travel, every alien is therefore superior to every human in at least this one respect.
