Thought we could all share our tips plain and simple, all our experience and learning should have some good results and can help anyone out when they might need it.

Due to how beautiful it is today my first tip is that we should all spend some time outside every day, alone is fine, just looking around and at the sky or in meditation if that is your thing, especially if you are experiencing any negativity, this will help to remind you of the paradise that surrounds you and help develop peacefulness. Another tip would be not to worry or think too much if something negative is sticking in your mind, every one needs some time relaxing spent without somewhere to be.
