You mean she didn't want sex at all when she went to his room with him? Then why wouldn't she know that he would want sex and she didn't, and that following him to his room was not the best idea under the circumstances?

You are repeating clichés with the "male ego" foolishness. Women think by using this term it somehow lessens the pain they are causing, as if the "ego" was a male thing like testicles, hanging out there to be hurt, some special male vulnerability that females do not share. What they are doing is objectifying the victim to make their own actions less culpable in their own minds - it is easier to string up a nigger than a black man, to kill a gook than an Asian human being. The fact is feelings are feelings, and whether they constitute a vulnerability or not, whether they are rational or not, wise or not. they are not unique to either sex.
