One moment of time is not time. Time always has to be two moments of time at least. Only after the passage of two moments of time can we perceive time. Therefore, what we call "time" is only the time that has passed. It is never the present, and never can become the present, because the past cannot become the present. We also can't be said to be living in the future - because we are always necessarily in the present. But then, the present itself is no different from the past, as whatever we perceive must of necessity occur before we perceive it.

Then where exactly are we - past, present or future?

At any given moment right NOW is the only reality you can count on. Memory is almost a dream that can easily be manipulated by the subconscious. Tomorrow is a fantasy created in the imagination.

What we perceive must occur before we think about it, but we perceive simultaneous to the occurence. The present is not in 'time.' It is simultaneous 'timing.'

Making philosophy too technical and obscure, to show off your intellect, does NOT make it easier to logistically apply in one's life. I sense the bulk of you are here to show off how smart you are. That is more important to you than applying what you SUPPOSEDLY know and improving your lives.

As for myself, I continue to do my best to condense and simplify all the best of what I know in order to make what I know easier to apply in my life to get quick, permanent, positive results.

I have a private forum and I can see that years ago I was like you people in that I was insecure in myself and wanted to come off as very intelligent. Because of this what I wrote had a much more round about New Agey type of flavor. The points I was trying to make were buried underneath a bunch of flowery talk. I've learned much since then, but my private forum has helped me to become much more clear, direct, precise and to the point in what I believe.

"We", or the singular One, is in the future.

Time was an infinite event that has occured, "we" are currently passing through it, to see what happened.

This is all fine sounding theory, but can you PROVE IT beyond all question of doubt? If not you should not present it as though it is fact. You should use qualifiers like "I believe" or "in my opinion" or "supposedly". Now, there's a question and statement that must give nightmares to school teachers. The thought of all their students asking this before they blindly believe what they are being told about the nature of reality would be devastating to what they are trying to do. I'd say the real core of the scholastic brainwashing is to steer children away from EVER asking such questions and making such statements. Critical thinking children can monkey-wrench the whole hidden brainwashing process.

The wise will stick to what they actually KNOW to be true and build a wonderful life upon that while qualifying the rest with statements like "I believe" or "I've read" or "supposedly". You are presenting theoretical information as though you know it to be fact. Do you know why? Because that is how theoretical information was presented to you in school. It's how you were brainwashed and, of course, you most probably will refuse to believe it. A brainwashed person who refuses to believe he or she is brainwashed is the very heart of the success of the brainwashing process.

When I was in the Army they kept us so distracted and confused that I never remember ANYONE EVER saying something like, "we're being brainwashed". Not so much as once. Well...come to think of it, someone did say something to that effect once that I can remember, but not in basic training.

I guess you are smarter than me then.

It can't be said that anything occurs at all before we perceive, because the primary requirement for an occurence is the perception/conception(which are both the same thing) of that occurence.

How can we be in the future? That would mean that we would have to be in two places at once - the present and the future - which is logically impossible.

Yes it's logically impossible, logic is a mind imposition, in order to make sense of what is happening. Without logic there is only pure understanding which has no beginning or end.

Beyond Mind

Post by JonathanDavies »

prince wrote:Proof is a mind concept.

One can easily say that EVERYTHING the mind experiences is a “mind concept” and that would include all the reality we are taking for granted RIGHT NOW!

What I have learned is that the only hope of getting past the ego the mind has created in order to directly experience what is beyond the mind one must discipline oneself in order to stop the internal dialogue that continually reinforces the ego’s sense of what is and what is not possible. This is paramount! People can talk and present all kinds of fancy theories about the mind, but if their minds are not properly disciplined in order to stop the internal dialogue they can never get past their puny egos in order to empirically experience what is beyond the mind.

It is important to remember that deliberately brainwashing us into thinking of ourselves as tiny and separate from everything is the core of the Illuminati scholastic brainwashing. The dumbing down of the populace is not happening by accident!

I have been successful in stopping my internal dialogue at will and beyond the mind is something that I believe many geniuses have experienced directly. There are a number of names for what is beyond mind, but they are like labels you place on a beaker. They are not the thing. They are reference points in order to talk about that which is truly ineffable.

Here are some of the names humans have given to what is beyond the human mind:

Universal intelligence

Universal mind

God

Spirit

Intention

The Super Soul

The nagual

These are just a few of the names humans, who have directly experienced what is beyond the human mind, have been inspired to call it. What science is learning, through quantum experimentation, is that at the core of reality EVERYTHING is made of the exact same energy and that energy gives empirical indication it is conscious and aware. From what I have studied, this is leading many scientists to reexamine ancient Hindu and Buddhist beliefs about the nature of mind and reality. Quantum physicists are discovering that the true nature of reality is much more in alignment with ancient Hindu and Buddhist philosophy than it is with the dismal, dead, mechanical assumptions of Western science.

What I personally experience is that when I stop my internal dialogue and go beyond the ego, which has been created by my mind, I experience…infinite sentience. Ha! Another label that doesn’t quite explain anything.

I believe each person must experience what is beyond the mind for themselves to claim that knowledge as power. No matter how many labels you may try to put on the experience they will NEVER do it the justice it deserves.

I will say this: I am now more certain than ever that we all exist in a Sentient, Conscious and Aware Universe that stretches for infinity in all directions equally. In order to make the best of the lives we lead it is imperative to face that infinity with a well-ordered life filled with demonstrations of gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful things you have been able to manifest in your day-to-day experiences. You must PROVE, through your life, that you deserve to be protected. The Sentient Universe MUST ‘take you under its wing’ and protect you for beyond the human mind is an invisible ocean filled with inorganic life and, yes, there are predators. People who take mind-expanding drugs like LSD and get beyond their minds without special protection can encounter these energy eating inorganic beings. Once they latch on they usually NEVER let go within the lifetime of the individual. This is why it is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to do lucid dreaming unless you are under the auspices of the special protection of the Sentient Universe.

I prefer what I call: waking dreaming. This is accomplish through disciplining the mind into silence and, essentially, peering through the cracks between the words that make up our lives. It is much safer than lucid dreaming for you have much more control over what happens and you can start your internal dialogue again; which can act as a shield against these inorganic beings who populate dimensions not visible to five-sense reality.

Thanks for inspiring a post that is worthy of my private forum!

"What is this "right now" you are talking about? "Right now" already happened, so can't be called "right now"."

MY RESPONSE:

Well, the best I can do is give you my opinion from my direct empirical experiences. RIGHT NOW can never be directly experienced until we can turn off our internal dialogue at will. Unless this is done the experience of NOW is always being reflected upon, thus it is continually in the past. So the truly successful meditation stops the internal dialogue towards experiencing the moment NOW. It is through awareness of existence NOW that we can truly learn the actual nature of reality.

I’d say that the most personal NOW experience we continually have is…our breathing. Your breathing is happening RIGHT NOW and will continue to happen RIGHT NOW all your life. So one of the key meditation processes for silencing the internal dialogue, in order to experiencing what is beyond the mind, is to concentrate on smooth, relaxed breathing.

You can talk about “right now” till the cows come home and go back out again and it will not suffice. The only way to empirically KNOW “right now” is to directly experience it.

I’ve learned that “right now” is an ineffably exciting majestic mystery. Learning this, through direct experience, reveals that the lives we tend to take for granted are indeed ineffable, majestic mysteries. It is a travesty that Illuminati brainwashing takes us from wide-eyed child wonder about life to a sense of mundane, drudgery and boredom. THIS IS NOT DONE BY ACCIDENT!

"I guess you are smarter than me then."

MY RESPONSE:

Back when my ego was like a barely tamed wild horse it mattered to me whether I was smarter than others or not. Now that I have learned that I am made of the exact same energy and am equal to everything being “smarter” than others inspires a sense of indifference. It doesn’t matter to me at all whether or not I am smarter than someone else. What matters is that I continue to learn how to make the very best of the life I have been entrusted with.

Without logic, there is no understanding at all.

How can we be aware of something that cannot possibly exist? "Now" always exists in hindsight, so it isn't really "now" at all.

All existence and time are recurrent, and they revolve around a center, which itself is an illusion. Once that center goes away, so does all existence and time.

If you are breathing RIGHT NOW then NOW does indeed exist, at least till you permanently stop breathing.

It seems like you have fallen in love with reality.

This is a step, but only a baby step.

Reality does not love you back, you will come to realize. It just is. You bounce within that bubble to your souls content. When you have had enough of that game, you come to rest in the One.

Well, if that is what you are determined to believe then that is what becomes true FOR YOU!

So, I'm not going argue with the reality you want to live. It is your right to live in the personal universe you are creating for yourself.

I prefer living in a majestic, exciting, unfathomable mystery. Both our personal truths are equally real. It's all a matter of what view you want to have command your life.

Just because a certain view of reality is true for you doesn't automatically mean it is true for another.

Some may be certain reality is hateful and depressing and so shall it be if they are determined to believe it is so. Reality won't argue with what we choose to perceive as real

It’s very much like that old story about a group of blind men touching different parts of an elephant. You ask each one what an elephant is like and they each give a completely different view of…the same thing.

As for the blind man who happened to get elephant pooped on. Well…I dunno

No, I am not breathing right now, because right now cannot exist.

I don't see how this relates to my argument. I repeat - logic is not a "mind imposition". Logic is necessary for the existence of a mind(consciousness), and thus essential for an understanding of Reality. You are saying that we are actually in the future, which is logically impossible, because the future has not come about yet, and never can.

Logic is a human creation, like time. Time was created to enslave humanity to the created clock

Without DIRECT EXPERIENCE, there is no true understanding. All you will have are un-applied theoretical concepts.

That post wasn't directed at you.

Logic is a mechanism stretched over what is, in order to structure it in a matrix. The future is the point where everything rests at 1. What is happening now, past present, future, is the calculation towards 1.

I don't need to prove it, it will be self apparent. Try to manifest yourself walking on water, and I will stop it until such time as I allow it. You can not have reality the way you want it until you have consent of reality.

Ha! What a cop-out. You can't back up your big talk with action and are trying to ride on the excuse that you don't have to prove any of your off the wall concepts. Funny clown!
