Thats right, deliberately timed partially concocted scheme by filty rich ceo's and bankers who, know they cant be beat at their own money game, know they have power to shake up the people into a fit and a fright, know that the government ultimately cannot trust anyone not even sworn experts, not enough to have the balls to NOT play it safe, so safe they have/will play it just as the businessmen expected, what a disgrace.
