It's all about the Benjamins, isn't it.

Did you draw those?

Yes, they are a selection of personal works that suit the above scrawling.

They look like a product of teenage angst, but still cool.

I've never been able to focus on my art because the creative process never gets past envisioning what I want to draw. Once I can see it in my mind's eye the creativity is done for me and drawing it just feels tedious.

Ben, you’re reasoning is a little flawed, so I’m going to comment on a few of your statements to get you thinking.
Lay your guard down for a moment and the masses will consume you;
You are being too melodramatic here, there are no masses that consume anyone, it is the individual’s ignorance that is the problem. One just has to know what inferior activities hurt the mind and body, and then with this awareness, one simply chooses not to participate when asked. Don’t externalize evil; the evil is in you, in the individual.
I believe there is an origin point in which existence truly “existed,” only more literal, in which every aspect of our being was under our control.
Part of being wise, is realizing that you don’t have any control in the sense of how the body is functioning, and this makes existence easier, you don’t need to think, or decide what the body should be doing because all those processes are self-regulating systems, and this is a very positive thing. It is the ego that wants more control over what is happening, but when someone is wise, they havent the desire to control anything.
thankfully this hell is temporary, so ultimately our reason for being here must be purposeful.
Existence doesn’t have a purpose or meaning, at the very core, there is only a blind emptiness that knows no direction in a linear sense.
This is why humanity is prone to violence, and this is why we leave nothing but destruction in our wake – because we know we are not supposed to be here,
I would say humans are prone to violence because we evolved from apes that were also violent; Much of our hardware in the brain is very primitive so we are prone to all sorts of emotional responses.

So violence is not an rebellion response agaisnt existing on earth as a human being, but merely it is an activity that gives the ignorate individual feelings of power, control, purpose, and excitment. The emotions that one feels while violent are very addictive, and attractive to the bodies primitive hardware.

violence is definitely a rebellion against our individual finiteness. hence giving us feelings of power, control, purpose, and excitement. it's not just 'primitive' hardware, hell bacteria is primitive but it's not 'violent'. human violence is indeed rooted in finiteness.

monkies are violent, and they are not aware of their individual finiteness, this explanation doesnt address the actual psychological causes of behavior, which has to do more with the fact that we are born irrational with egos, and animalistic tendencies. in irrational humans, there is no individual there who is aware of the finiteness, there is just a unconscious series of thought patters, governed by hormonal and chemical rewards that have formed neurological grooves in the brain over time.

And Ben, the admins will probably tell you this, but you cannot delete posts, and expect to get away with it. You need to become strong enough to take criticism from others. This is a place of reasoning so we attack each others posts by pointing out what we believe is incorrect. And when you first come to a place like this, your ego is fragile, but you can become stronger over time if you are prepared to suffer.
