I created a site (http://www.Lawrence-Lai.ca) that is supposed to be a place for me to express my controversial thoughts and radical ideas, but of course there is so much difficulty attracting an audience cuz most people who pass by it randomly are gonna leave right away unless it's about celebrity gossip. I'm hoping the people on this baord will be a good a audience.

My site includes interesting blog topics, social criticism, film critiques, personal pieces of writing, and my favorite art, quotes, videos and much more.

I don't expect a lot of people to agree with everything I have to say, but the people on this board at least seem like the type that would be interested enough to read it and give their feedback (well I hope you guys are.)

Something that might be of particular interest to people on this board would be my quotations page (http://www.lawrence-lai.ca/quotes-by-others.html) where I have compiled my favorite quotes on various issues and where I have a special section (at the bottom) with quotes that I think are highly pertinent to the subject of genius. Many of the quotes on genius were taken from theabsolute.net's page of quotations about genius, but many of them are taken from other sources too and I only picked the ones I thought were best to include so hopefully it will still be interesting for others to see which ones I thought should be included.

My page also includes humor and some popular culture/entertainment subjects. I wanted to include a lot of different subject matter to attract as many people as possible, but I think this technique might be alienating everyone instead lol.

So again, my site is http://www.Lawrence-Lai.ca. I really hope people come and start a discussion, even if for the purpose of heavily lambasting my thoughts. Thanks :)

This thread is superfluous, Lawrence. You've already linked to your site in "Genius and Talent". If people want to explore your site, they will do so via those links.

Yeah, but this gives people a better understanding of what my site is about and also what parts they might be interested in.

They'd find that out soon enough if they visited your website, don't you think?

Well they have less chance of doing that if they don't know what it's about.
