Yes, it's pretty dodgy when a piece attacks a bill without linking to the actual text of the bill so you can see if the bill actually says what it is claimed that is says.

It looks to me like the bill is designed to increase access to health care to new mothers. I don't see anything about drugging pregnant women before they give birth. I suspect Natural News has something of a bias here.
