More Hot News out of Australia!
http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20080124/ts ... transplant
Okay, I'm more asking here than saying how great it is. I actually thought that this article was pretty amazing, even before I joined it with Australia. I mean, somebody's blood type actually changing to another blood type is something I wouldn't have thought possible. Then, I read the article, and it isn't that amazing once it's explained. Is this the type of thing we are allowed to post here, in Worldly Matters?

So, let us venture forth, hand in hand, like two entering the dark woods together.

Once there I promise that the woods are not so dark, so deep, so fearsome.

Once there we shall see that the woods are indeed lovely, and made up of splendid trees that shelter, that provide secret medicines and magical potions.

Then, I read the article, and it isn't that amazing once it's explained.

Once there we will discover enchanted places where the sun comes bursting through. That is my promise.

Let us therefore go play together in the woods. Let us learn to both argue and not to argue, to combat the power of others and to empower ourselves, to recognize our fear and to overcome it, to create, to sing, and to let our souls run free. Let us proceed with unrestrained passion in our play. Together, let us learn how to argue--and how to win every time.

I like my nickname better this time, but I never played dungeons and dragons, so I'm not sure I'm really with you the whole way on this one.

I just like that formating style. We are not the same person, but we are sometimes on the same page I think. :-)

Put some peroxide in that mohawk, sandman, and you can be my new best friend.

`Have some peroxide,' the March Hare said in an encouraging tone.
Alice looked all round the table, but there was nothing on it but tea. `I don't see any peroxide,' she remarked.
`There isn't any,' said the March Hare.
`Then it wasn't very civil of you to offer it,' said Alice angrily.
`It wasn't very civil of you to sit down without being invited,' said the March Hare.
`I didn't know it was your table,' said Alice; `it's laid for a great many more than three.'
`Your hair wants cutting,' said the Hatter. He had been looking at Alice for some time with great curiosity, and this was his first speech.
`You should learn not to make personal remarks,' Alice said with some severity; `it's very rude.'
The Hatter opened his eyes very wide on hearing this; but all he said was, `Why is a raven like a writing-desk?'
It's just a ride.

Sorry, I'm on dial-up, so I can't do any of the youtube stuff. For the sake of being pleasant, I will assume that you aren't Tomas, because all of that conversation is going to be as limited as I can possibly make it. Also, that would be pretty dishonest of the Administrators if they are letting you post with two different screen names.

Firstly, there are no rules banning sock puppets here, although I would discourage their use strongly. Also, it isn't possible for admins to always know this is happening as people can post from different locations with different IPs. I suggest people just concentrate on the content of posts and not worry too much about who anyone is.

I will explain it to you then. The link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=10b9iNdHuUcsnow bunny wrote:Sorry, I'm on dial-up, so I can't do any of the youtube stuff. points to a youtube music clip where Eminem sings (cleaning out my closet) and the background music track is "what's going on?!" performed by group "4 non blondes".
The two genres are like two separate minds in one body and yet the song works...there is some sort of harmony there. It's a strange and awkward, and yet fascinating musical composition. You like tennis, and I like finding meaning in things..
I meant the link as aphorism of your avatar and you…
ps. Btw. I am one of the non blondes in the background shouting... What's going on?! ;-)
It's just a ride.

That song kicks ass.and the background music track is "what's going on?!" performed by group "4 non blondes".
And the Eminem overlay works surprisingly well.

I'm going to have to keep remembering the significance of my screen name, and everything that goes with it. It's painful how many of these jokes referring to my screen name go by the wayside, when I first read them. Just recently recalled "hugh hefner" and definitely didn't grasp the significance of my pet name there until much after the fact.
