New display style available
For those of you who prefer the look of the "vbulletin" style forums, you can now select this style from the "Board preferences" in your User Control Panel.
I personally find it a bit easier to read.

The violet, unrounded box corners, and higher contrast is surprisingly easy on the eyes. It only takes a few moments' adjustment to the sense of more things (possibly, more distractions).
The header is a bit messy-looking.

One might argue that it's a teeny bit heavy graphically, but otherwise I think it's very good.

Personally, it's too coarse to be useful or appealing to me.
I prefer subtlety to gross form.

It's a bit weird with the quoting:
It puts the word 'quote:' above simple quote boxes.
I wrote:It also puts the person quoted's name above the quote-box, like this. It'd look neater inside the box...

Kelly,
Would an enlightened person be so focused on the format of the information, or find the format irrelevant so long as the information is communicated?

Yeah, what would Jesus say about this new display style, I wonder?
I like it, but in the header I'd suggest adding a break (<br/>) tag after 'perfection -' so the links start on a new line.

It's just my view that, out of habit, an enlightened person would prefer simplicity and directness in communication, and, as part of this, whatever means will probably most aid their reception.Would an enlightened person be so focused on the format of the information, or find the format irrelevant so long as the information is communicated?
Most people's minds are so cluttered and their attention so frayed, that extra information boggles them even more. So simplicity helps.
