Just writing to this forum is an encroachment on others. As, indeed, is your very existence on the planet.

This shows that you are not adhering to your mission statement of "minding your own business" in your own world and own universe. A new one that takes into account all your interactions and discriminations looks to be needed.

(Even having a 'mission statement' is an encroachment!)
Oh, you are a slippery and tricky one, you are. Okay, let's play:

I am here to refine and improve upon EVERYTHING I currently believe. I present my current beliefs in the hopes that the more intelligent among you can point out things I may have overlooked and show me a better way.

If YOU see ANYTHING as an "encroachment" then...it is indeed an encroachment (((TO YOU))). I don't see it that way and so it is not an encroachment to me. I am not forcing anyone to read what I write. If I were then, by my definition, the words I write would indeed be an "encroachment".

I will prove to everyone here that if any of you can present a better way of living than the one I have currently adopted I will indeed 'upgrade' what I currently believe. Put me to the test and I will PROVE to you that I am geniune. If you can say the same, AND PROVE IT, I will view you as my spiritual equal. If you cannot, in my view, you are my spiritual inferior.

So, let's all see YOUR spiritually superior "mission statement", hotshot

Remember: Even stating that people should not have 'mission statements' is indeed a mission statement.

So this:

(Even having a 'mission statement' is an encroachment!)

Is a mission statement

Trust brain body to encode higher abstraction code. Shaman's dance as tele-tube is Id to ego decode.

You obviously feel that the way you think is a joke. In fact the way you think is the most serious thing in your life for it determines the quality of the very life you live. Oh, you refuse to believe this? Not my problem or business, but at least you can't say no one ever told you this.

You are trying to attach a "mission statement" to me that I never adopted as a "mission statement". If you want to see the "mission statements" of most of those who post here just read their custom signatures.

There is some truth in your statement. I just experienced it in context.

Countervailing position: We are all born into mediocrity, and genius has cause (motivation, training, experience, luck) to challenge the average.

I actually prefer this version, since it explains where all the mediocrity comes from without having to say that some geniuses have intentionally suppressed the potential of other geniuses.

Your mind is the most precious thing in your life. Properly directed your mind is the tool to manifest whatever wonderful thing you properly set your intent upon with consistent and relentlessly grateful passion.

I suggest you treat your mind as though it is the only God you will ever need to create whatever wonderful life you may want.

It is said God is like the ocean and we are all like small glasses dipped in that ocean. We appear to be separate, but in fact...we are all God equally. All we have to do is get past the illusion of the ego and (((REMEMBER))) who we truly are to be able to access limitless power to create and manifest whatever wonderful life we truly desire for ourselves.

Remember: Everyone else is God as well and it is not our business to solve problems for God. Be content to access the power to solve YOUR OWN problems and mind your business whenever you feel you should. Such is the greatest way to peace of mind I have found so far.

Best of all wonderful manifestations to you!

Hey, I don't intend to 'knock' whatever works best for you. What currently works best for me is always ready to be upgraded when more functional truth crosses my path. This is what currently works best for me.

Remember: I am here to upgrade all that I currently believe. I am not looking for followers. I am not here to recruit for anyone.

I'll be perfectly honest with you people: This is without a doubt the 'coolest' thing I have EVER seen entered at the top of a forum by the administrators of (((ANY))) forum I have ever visited in my entire Internet life:

Discussion of the nature of Ultimate Reality and the path to Enlightenment

- Truth, Courage, Honesty, Logic, Masculinity, Wisdom, Perfection -

I'm sure all butch women would fully agree with me.

I wish to convey a sincere thanks to those who created that title at the top of the forum. It is indeed very inspiring to me. I don't know how the women feel about it and frankly...I don't care.

I'm a woman, Sid, and the title does not bother me. I am Sherezada, and if your memory serves you well, you will remember there is nothing butch about me.

Glad to know you are alive and faring well. Did you move out of the islands?

I don't remember their being 'nothing butch about you', but then again...I can't remember my life in 1873.

Your age is starting to catch up with you. Don't feel bad, my memory has started failing also. Not only do I forget where my keys are, now I don't even remember what my keys are for. The big A is near.

Don't worry about it. I was just wondering if there was any strong reason to choose your belief over the opposite. Since the reason is pragmatic, I guess that leaves the big question of all pragmatism:

What is this belief useful for?

Jerry Lewis makes another anti-gay slur
Oct. 25, 2008, 8:24 AM EST
CANBERRA, Australia (AP) -- Jerry Lewis made an anti-gay slur on Australian television similar to one he apologized for using on his annual telethon a year ago.
Jerry is 82 years old. If he starts genuinely acting like the idiot characters that made him famous who shold be surprised?

'Hey lady. Um, you are a lady right?'

Sid, this is a little off-topic, but do you eat anything other than locally grown organic produce? I don't know where it comes from, but I just can't get rid of the image of some guy sitting cross-legged at his computer with incense fumes all around, sipping bubble tea, and with shaved head and face.

Also, there's the faint trace of a smirk on the corner of his lip, as though his eyes penetrate the soul of the Internet.

You have been here before Renaissance, not specifically you, but ones like you. They think they are just the Shit.

But they arent The Shit, they are just..shit.
