The main thing I wanted to communicate in this thread is that you are not going to get anywhere in your Jnani-Yoga path without chastity.

How do you know? Supposing I did masturbate: The repeated masturbation increases the potency of spermatozoon, such that when I do have intercourse for the purposes of reproduction the liklihood of impregnation is increased. If you are completely celibate for 20 years and then try to impregnate a woman, you might waste a lot of 'seed' doing so.

Now, here is an assumption for you, you actually don't know anything about reproduction.

Notice that the goal has shifted slightly. You were stating that there were consequences to "spilling" our 'seed' "all over the ground". In particular that our eye-sight was compromised which I am skeptical of. Now the claim is that we can only attain knowledge of God through chastity.

Of course, what Jesus Christ described is not limited to celebacy, but relates to all worldly manifestations, including food, shelter and life's other necessities. He was not saying that we should starve ourselves to death, but that the path involved compromise and the recognition of the true value of these things.

According to Mr. Christ, in Matthew 22:30 we shall not even marry if we are to be like Angels unto God.

By the way, there are traditions that value sexual intercourse as the primary gateway to heaven. For example Tantra.

Chastity has nothing to do with "starving." It is a positive thing. It is the conservation of your spiritual potency. Is it so hard to see?

It is absorbed by the body/bloodstream. Much goes to the brain and produces new brain cells. Other of it reinforces nerves, cell structure, etc.

No, there is a small sac that collects sperm on a 24/7/365 basis. This sac serves several purposes .. when for procreation a teaspoonful (about) is ejected at near to-during the 'main' orgasm from this sac along with lubricants for safe passageway to the vagina. All sperm does not have impregnation abilities, many are there to put up defenses from another's male sperm, among other nature-given reasons.

It isn't the testicles where they swim, that is only a production facility, if you will.
