Nature

Post by Kunga »

Is it logical that nature be unnatural ?
Is it the nature of nature to destroy itself ?
Is it the nature of nature to be other than what it is ?
Is it the nature of a tree to grow and thrive or is it it's nature to attack itself and squelch it's lifeforce ?
Is it natural for any living thing to kill itself or try to die before it's dead ?

So why should we die to our human nature in order to be Enlightened ?
Why should we deny our senses of eyesight, smell, touch, taste, and all that delights our senses ?
Why is it necessary to unravel all our human conditioning in order to get back to the "natural" state [ the void].

Why not just thrive with life while we are alive, instead of cutting ourselves off from life, to die before we are dead ?

Since the essence of what we actually are [emptiness], never dies, was never born....why don't we just enjoy life as much as we can ?
Why practice austerities of non-attachment ?
Why deny our love of life ?
Why deny ourselves of living fully ?

The only problem is evil.
Those that find pleasure in pain.
Those that find pleasure in making others suffer.....

Life is to be lived in harmony....like nature.
Nature wants to thrive and proliferate.
Nature wants to live....like the flower growing towards the sunlight....
Like the water so wet....nourishing all life....

On the path of tantra one uses desire to attain enlightenment. In Highest Yoga Tantra and Dzogchen one recognizes desires as the display of wisdom.

There is no logic to nature, logic is the way man orders nature in his mind. When logic is not needed, it seems natural to be the bloom of the flower of one's own being. But how many people actually live this way prior to releasing the conditioning (attachments) of their inherited belief systems, including the belief system of enlightenment? So, austerities are not needed, just one's own logic - who am I "under" all these labels, identities of 'self'? Who am I? I am nature using logic feeling my being :-)

The Logic of Nature ? Intelligent design ? Magical illusion ? Why would an illusion be so geometrically perfect ? Why does it need a heart to beat ?
This so-called illusion is very sophisticated.....perfect in it's logic, more perfect than the logic of man.....
