back in the day a hole in the ground was dug for a 1 guy whose mind was on fire.
the 1 guy was buried up to his shoulders with his head sticking out.

someone sat, at all times in complete silence, 50 yards away with food and water to dispense periodically to the 1 guy.

the 1 guy gets massively pissed off.
screaming abuse, threatening, spitting, trying desperately to wriggle free.

mood shift to pleading, begging, promising.

mood shift to crying, moaning, sputtering.

mood shift to hysterical, insane laughter.

cycling thru the moods,
day after day.

after about a week something in the 1 guy breaks.
a calm acceptance shows up in him.
Peace.

he has 'come to his senses'.

they dig him out.

He's now fit for Inquiry.

I have no issues, other people have issues, and I'm simply in the way, circumstance, so I attempt to try and lessen issues for everyone's calming benefit, either way for me it's still the same, there is no departure and arrival, only the journey.

I've been considering many viewpoints and I've noticed a prevalence of this particular one in mass media and our institutions. Day by day its adherents increase the amount of competition on Earth at an accelerating pace. As I said I may succumb to remain competitive. I must confess that sometimes in my weaker moments its alluring promotional materials tempt me with its excitement and fearlessness. Is there a reason that can bolster my resolve to live ascetically and not shape my life like the people in this video?

Improving your clarity would be helpful. Without specifying the post or the exact premise it seems to me that you're still painfully explaining that fallacy that I granted.
