Enjoyable video. I think you overate the ability of mathematics to describe things, though. Math is good at describing certain properties and qualities of a thing, such as position, velocity, mass, etc. But there are many things it cannot describe. For example, how can math describe the nature of love? Or the experience of a mystical state of consciousness? Or the nature of duality itself?
