Wisdom is strongest in those who are close to death, weak, withered, old and ugly...Remember how the beautiful Greeks laughed at Socrates? How they thought he was amusing and 'entertaining...'
A Wise Man Speaks:
When that young woman passes
In a whiff of perfume,
And that fuck me now
Look in her eyes,
I fret for my consumed youth
And sigh: If only I could hold her
Once again, and in that cradle
of hunger and fire, remain
Forever young and unwise.
What would I care then
For love with its attendant suffering?
Or wisdom on a soap-box
Inspired by the smell of carrion?
Is Wisdom Overrated?

Re: Is Wisdom Overrated?
But more often it's just spite and vengeance disguised as wisdom. Give them a second chance, some strength, some youth returned and folly would be quickly embraced. The purest least tainted wisdom would therefore be found already in the youngest and healthiest years, the world on a silver platter but instead the high road is taken, never looking back.zarathustra wrote:Wisdom is strongest in those who are close to death, weak, withered, old and ugly...
