What does that mean?

Hmmm - it means that there is only One Force and most people call it Nature because it is not an old man sitting on a throne but it is the only force of the universe that actually operates.

There is a video on youtube by a Kabbalist who states that we have no freedom to choose our seed or the environment we originate in, but we have the free-will to choose our environment now. The video offers no reason this is true. Can you expand on this?
