where is the light in enlightenment

i am not posting more than 100 posts here so before i go i would like to address what i find missing here

where is the light in this form of enlightenment called genius

where is the 'beckoning candle'

where is not 'lofty indifference' but 'aloft' where is the ascendancy

There must be lights burning brighter somewhere
Got to be birds flying higher in a sky more blue
If I can dream of a better land
Where all my brothers walk hand in hand
Tell me why, oh why, oh why can't my dream come true

There must be peace and understanding sometime
Strong winds of promise that will blow away
All the doubt and fear
If I can dream of a warmer sun
Where hope keeps shining on everyone
Tell me why, oh why, oh why wont that sun appear

Were lost in a cloud
With too much rain
Were trapped in a world
That's troubled with pain
But as long as a man
Has the strength to dream
He can redeem his soul and fly

Deep in my heart there's a trembling question
Still I am sure that the answer gonna come somehow
Out there in the dark, there's a beckoning candle

I think the light comes on when you are enlightened.

which would be the opposite of the darkness of deception and other forms of evil.

Light helps those who can see see more clearly. Thinking clearly is akin to "seeing" clearly. More pertinant information and sound logic are tools for enlightenment. Practicing with the tools sharpens a genius (and we wouldn't want a bunch of dull genius' running around, would we?)

Perhaps it is in hope, which is here if you look for it (and I'm guessing you are running out of that, as you have limited yourself to 100 posts. I hope you change your mind)

it may take more than 100 posts for some people to get that

Brighter lights come from fires that are stoked. Ultimate reality is potentially everywhere and anywhere, but spotting it, unearthing it, and tending its flames requires tenacious fortitude.

I think the light comes on when you are enlightened.

no the light is always there it is the absolute truth and reality

it is we that come to realize it

or are awakened to it

and it is embodied in those who have attained it

they who have become enlightened give off light

they are the 'beckoning candles'

we began as the orgininal hydrogen and helium stars which formed the carbon atom

we are literally made of stars

'let there be light'

and there was and is

and it illuminates everything in the universe

with no exception

i have not run out of hope that would never happen i have encountered much truth and a number of light giving beings in my life

whatever cosmic powers that be have been extremely generous to me

i have absolute certainty that the light shines on me and that the ligt will shine through me abundantly

'ultimate reality is potentially everywhere'

I am glad that you have not run out of hope, but that does then beg the question of why you are leaving.
