I understand. It makes sense. Enlightenment is to find reality, and reality is physics. The only thing I said was, that Pincho is not the only one that correlates an understanding of physics & enlightenment. I never said the article was the same thing as what Pincho was talking about.

Re: Breaking free of delusion
Your notion that physics matters in relation to Enlightenment is wrong. Or, put more accurately, it's wrong with respect to the way enlightenment is conceived of here (something about which you have no actual grasp at all). You're obviously correct with respect to your own idea of enlightenment, bu...

Re: Breaking free of delusion
Yes, my self esteem is terribly low these days. Must be if I'm engaging you. I shall now go away and beast some sense into myself with a rubber chicken. What you should really do is take a blank piece of paper, and start the Universe from the very beginning. Figure out the physics from scratch. Ign...

Much like your entire ontology, but hey, I'm actually impressed you didn't take the bait. I'll respond to one of your posts in this thread piece by piece tomorrow. Hopefully it will highlight how meaningless your statements really are. It's worth mentioning that you never, ever respond when your gl...

I really like the Snowflake though, because it evolves right in front of your eyes. It's shape is fundamental, and yet looks logical. So it could fool someone into thinking that it has intelligence behind it. The snowflake is a good place to start your enlightenment. Snowflakes falling now so am I ...

Re: Breaking free of delusion
Yes. The reason i posted the link was to show Dan, that you are not the only one thinking about the connection to physics & enlightenment. Actually to understand Emptiness and Form [material phenomena], is a form of understanding the connection physics has to Enlightenment. Physics is understan...

Re: Breaking free of delusion
An alternative to Buddhism, and Quantum Physics is reality. I'm only interested in reality. The Universe has only one reality, and it isn't Buddhism, or Quantum Physics. I think of the physics that the Universe is capable of using, which are much simpler than Quantum Physics.

Re: Breaking free of delusion
Don't be so harsh Dan, everyone is a loon. We are all of the same machinery, he is just still caught up in looking to prove himself, which is pointless. Your actions are just as pointless. Some people can benefit from a wake up call. I suspect you're too young to realise that. If it doesn't wake th...

Re: Breaking free of delusion
God you're a fucking loon, Pincho. Is this an enlightened opinion? It's very weak in structure. Just a 6 word reply. The swearing to show false authority in a losing argument, it's poor. Actually, Pincho, I have no formal training in science beyond high school physics and chemistry, but even I coul...

Re: Breaking free of delusion
Science can read your decisions 7 seconds before you make them....

You see, it takes time for you to pick one of the 6 choices. So you are 7 seconds behind your own thoughts.

Re: Breaking free of delusion
Well you can all talk by using words, but to be free of delusion you need to know facts...

I have facts to back me up, but the ones who swear at me, just have words.

Breaking free of delusion
I find an odd paradox on this site, that enlightenment is about being free of delusion, yet the members seem to come across as delusional. Some talk about life as a dream state, and others feel that they can know all things by ignoring science, and living in an inner eye. The delusion starts with en...

Re: Enlightenment in scientific study
I say that if you look closely at a wave it is made from sphere, so I ignore waves altogether. And you've done this observation so as to confirm your assertion? Yes... Water waves, water droplets, steam, sphere. Mercury waves, Mercury droplets, sphere. Wacky warehouse balls create waves from sphere...

Light passes you a message of an object far away. Your computer screen is far away, but you see it from a message at the ends of sensors in your eyes. yeah...but is the OBJECT composed of LIGHT ? I know if it was pitch black dark, i wouldn't see much, if anything...but being that there is a source ...

There are a lot of Youtube videos about him. He talks about nature, he was more natural than most scientists. He knew that Chemistry was really physics, and people would laugh at that, and when people laugh it just shows that they don't understand.

Some people think that physics are supposed to be complicated. But the Universe does all of this automatically. So it's nothing more than holes, and fillers.

I'll let Stephen Hawking know it's all about bumping. Really, Pincho, you think that sort of platitudinous crap is going to pass as a theory in physics? Show me one single practical application for the hole/filler concept. Science is about what works. Your grave and desperate delusion is that you t...

Re: Enlightenment in scientific study
You are using the understanding of face-palming in words that are not associated to the psychology. The psychology is actually the reverse. The people who use face-palming created the word association, and because they are stupid they got the word association wrong. The same with this bumping thing....
