Re: The prankster personality type in men.
I'm not bragging, I'm just remembering the times when I was a little bit of a prankster, that's all. Let's not get all self-righteous. It cheered me up, and I laughed about how clever the idea was. Pretty cruel though, Did you do anything to fix it afterwards? I noticed that when any other female o...

Re: Superherology
Its a case of having abilities to truely help or save other people, or eradicate evil for that matter. The whole superhero moral seems to be based around the fact that somebody needs to step up to "evil" (Which would need a definition.. If you dont like your neighbour, he could be "ev...

Re: Belief vs knowledge
To believe and To know... It is my understanding that belief differs from knowing in more than one way. If the cat believed there where mice, the act of seeing or observing the presence of mice would change the context. The cat would then Know there are mice. Belief systems reside on the fact an abs...

Re: No ego = bullshit
It rests on the context. Ego means "I", as in "Myself". In that context, saying you have no Ego is like saying you have no consistancy, But mentally, physically or spiritually? The misconception is that an Egotistical person is in love with him/herself. Saying you have no Ego cou...

Re: Reincarnated as a disco dancer.
Hmm.. I would say very embarresing. At least, I wouldn't want to be in that situation. But after all, all I can say is free will. He's doing what he wants to do, Not what people want of him. Thats his choice. However, Very embarresing, especially if the Dalai Lama himself proclaimed him to be a spir...

Teleportation requires logical thinking, Not just mathmatical equation. Even so, It seems that somebody in this post may be lacking both.

Re: I don't understand...
What is there to understand if you have nothing to understand? Its a endless and pointless loop. If you want to crack what reality is you need to notice, like the smashing glass thing, what makes things happen. What makes two people break apart? Their differences? The unwanted truth revealed? Analyz...

Re: Judging Others
Judging people before getting to even know thier basic standards of living, thinking, analyzing, is human nature. At first glance, and i mean literally, first glance, we judge appearence (most of us as humans.) Although this could just be blamed on human nature, it can also be blamed on arrogant nat...

Re: Alien life...
But still, statisticlly speaking, aliens should exist. Given the age of the Universe etc. as currently known, there should be a largish number of advanced civilizations around somewhere. It could be that we do not yet have the appropriate technology to detect them, but there is also the possibility...

Alien life...
All forms of evidence that points to the existance of alien life, cannot fully confirm aliens exist. Unless I am missing somthing, no human being, male or female, has legit evidence of the existance of aliens. But still, statisticlly speaking, aliens should exist. If human life exists purely by the ...

Consciousness would be what we see through our "senses". Think of sub Consciousness. Would you say its the opposite of consciousness, or would you say death is the opposite of consciousness? If consciousness is 'what we see through our "senses"', then death resides in consciousn...

It sure does take a extraordinary person to get a gold medal, let alone beat a world record. You just need the right experience, body make up, determination, preparation, financial backing, the lot. Once all of those things fit the criteria, maybe with the added effect of an adrenaline boost, ect. T...

I wouldn't start talking about women like they are all robots just looking for rich men. I woulnd't even begin to try and work out the relationship system. Sure, I'de be lying if i said all women arn't interested in men with power. But lets not jump to conclusions that they all are out for the hands...

Re: Life after death
Dependant that actual 'Life' as we view it is built by our brain, There is a very slim chance that part of that will carry on to somewhere else in a way. Possibly a fragment of consciousness will slip through time after the bodies main systems die and decompose. It may also depend on how one's death...

Re: Definition of Consciousness
It depends on the context. Consciousness would be what we see through our "senses". Sight, In my opinion, would be the main indication of contact with the earth. Without eyes or sight, A human being would have a really tough time performing the simplest of tasks. Think of sub Consciousness...
