I define a true AI as something that can learn of it's own accord, One that can reason and prioritise.

The person who supposedly had an IQ of over 250 was William Alfred Quannigton and he is a purely fictional person.

The highest IQ that was ever recorded was of Marilyn Vos Savant and she scored 228.

IQ does not denote genius.

A compination of Logic, Creativity and understanding of existance creates a genius.
